Responsibilities

  • Develop engaging, technology-driven learning experiences using tools such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence.
  • Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to create training solutions that improve performance and engagement.
  • Support the management of learning initiatives, monitor progress, and maintain compliance using a Learning Management System.
  • Research and apply advancements in learning technologies and methodologies to maintain effective, up-to-date training programs.
