Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through virtual appointments.
- Complete client intake assessments and clinical reviews.
- Build treatment plans with clear and measurable goals.
- Support clients with mental health and life adjustment concerns.
- Document all sessions accurately and on time.
- Review treatment progress and update plans as appropriate.
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and records.
- Follow clinical protocols for risk assessment and crisis concerns.
- Use telehealth systems professionally and reliably.
Requirements
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential
- Ability to provide remote counseling and clinical support via telehealth
- Experience conducting therapy sessions, assessments, and treatment planning
- Strong organizational skills
- Clear communication skills
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA-compliant practices
- Professional and reliable use of telehealth systems
