Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW) to join our team. This role is designed for clinicians who prefer a clear schedule, a defined caseload, and remote flexibility. You’ll provide therapy from a secure virtual setting to help clients manage symptoms, strengthen coping tools, and improve everyday functioning.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate telehealth therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Create treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Track client progress and update documentation consistently
- Adhere to professional, ethical, and legal standards
- Communicate effectively with clinical leadership as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Hawaii mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy

- Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually
