Responsibilities
- Translate and review content in the fields of entertainment, marketing, public relations, and life sciences from English into German
- Carry out copy editing tasks for designated projects or client accounts in the English-to-German language pair
- Provide lead support for specific projects or accounts as assigned
- Oversee and keep language assets current, including glossaries, style guides, and work instructions, in line with project or account requirements
- Conduct research to support accurate and high-quality linguistic output
- Become proficient in or expand skills with translation-related tools
- Strictly adhere to defined workflows, including raising questions whenever clarification is needed
- Engage with clients on language-related topics when necessary
- Contribute to creating and enhancing operational processes
- Train and mentor internal language specialists and freelance linguists based on project and organizational needs

- Strong command of English, both written and spoken, across multiple registers

- Active participation in improving work processes is expected
- Responsible for training and developing linguists and freelancers
