Moobitek is hiring a Linux Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Linux-based servers including Debian, Ubuntu, and CentOS distributions
  • Provision and maintain infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and OVH
  • Deploy and manage virtualized environments for scalable operations
  • Set up and resolve issues with network technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
  • Maintain high availability and system performance through continuous monitoring and issue resolution
  • Strengthen system security using industry-standard hardening techniques and protocols
  • Develop automation scripts using Bash, Python, or Ansible to streamline operations
  • Provide operational support for Docker and Kubernetes container platforms
  • Work closely with DevOps and software development teams to align infrastructure with application needs
  • Keep detailed system documentation and contribute to regulatory compliance initiatives
