Responsibilities

• Partner with machine learning specialists to create algorithmic solutions and identify areas for enhancing ranking systems and personalized experiences.
• Plan and evaluate large-scale experimental studies involving grocery shoppers on the Eats platform to generate actionable insights for improving product discovery.
• Engage with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams to study user interactions and guide upcoming product development strategies.
• Communicate analytical results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership to support informed decision-making.

Compensation

Base salary for New York, NY and San Francisco, CA roles ranges from USD$174,000 to USD$193,500 annually. Employees across the US are eligible for bonuses, potential equity awards, and additional compensation components.

Hybrid — New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, All US locations

Team

Professionals will collaborate across technical and business functions to influence product direction using behavioral data and experimental design.

• For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range is USD$174,000 per year - USD$193,500 per year.
• For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range is USD$174,000 per year - USD$193,500 per year.
• For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp.
• You will also be eligible for various benefits.
• Uber expects employees to spend at least half of their work time in their assigned office unless formally approved to work fully remotely.
