SICPA is looking for an experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. You will design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models to power SICPA products and solutions, bridging data science research and production engineering to ensure models are scalable, reliable, and integrated into real-world applications.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI models to power SICPA products and solutions.

- Ensure models are scalable, reliable, and integrated into real-world applications.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Econometrics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning, deep learning, and AI models in production.
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and statsmodels.
- Good knowledge of SQL to retrieve and manipulate data effectively.
- Solid knowledge of software engineering best practices and containerisation tools like Docker.
- Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and data structures.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and MLOps.
- Good knowledge and experience in computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), and/or AI models (LLMs & multimodal).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
