What You'll Do
As the Manager Construction, you will oversee construction and manufacturing operations across the North East region of India, focusing on clearing project backlogs and ensuring timely delivery. You will lead planning and on-site execution, ensuring all activities align with technical and operational goals.
You will supervise construction supervisors and guide the development of the execution team, fostering accountability and performance improvement. Maintaining rigorous safety protocols and quality benchmarks is central to your role, ensuring compliance across all project phases.
Requirements
You must hold a B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and bring 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience. Proven leadership in managing field teams is essential, with a track record of delivering complex construction or manufacturing projects on time and to standard.
