Ro is hiring a Manager, Corporate Quality (Pharmacy) to lead quality management for our pharmacy operations. This full-time role is based at our Romeoville, IL location.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and oversee Corporate Quality programs for pharmacy operations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and control systems
  • Lead quality audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with pharmacy operations teams to integrate quality into daily processes

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a quality management role within a pharmacy or healthcare setting
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and quality standards
  • Experience developing and managing quality systems and documentation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate quality concepts to diverse teams
