Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing medium to large technical projects with accurate estimation, planning, oversight, and timely delivery
- Hands-on expertise in designing and building enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design, software design patterns, server-side systems, and distributed computing concepts such as caching, asynchronous processing, and multi-threading
- Proven ability to debug and resolve issues in complex Java environments
- Commitment to writing secure, clean, maintainable, and scalable code
- Extensive experience working with cloud platforms, especially AWS, and database technologies
- Track record using Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban, along with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience collaborating across product, design, QA, and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience leading, guiding, and developing junior engineering staff

- Previous role as a technical lead
- In-depth knowledge of identity and access management protocols including FIDO, WebAuthn, SSO, SAML, and OAuth, as well as best practices in identity management
- Familiarity with multi-factor authentication systems and defenses against phishing
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and secure development techniques
- Basic experience with JavaScript frameworks and front-end development
- Prior success in building engineering teams from inception
