Lead the evolution of enterprise IT infrastructure by managing a team of administrators and engineers focused on identity, SaaS, and hybrid cloud systems. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Infrastructure and Infosec, you'll balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable technology operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, mentor, and grow a team responsible for infrastructure, identity management, and SaaS platform operations, including recruitment, performance reviews, and career development.
- Provide technical leadership during complex infrastructure rollouts, system upgrades, and critical troubleshooting efforts, with direct involvement in architecture and implementation.
- Collaborate with leadership on technology planning, vendor selection, and cost optimization initiatives to support long-term business growth.
- Oversee third-party vendors across networking, security, and SaaS platforms, managing contracts, renewals, and service performance.
- Partner with internal teams, including Media Production Technology, to support specialized infrastructure needs such as studio buildouts for audio and video production environments.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure teams or equivalent staffing leadership, with at least 8 years in enterprise IT operations.
- Deep experience with identity platforms like Okta, including workflow automation and integration with HR systems.
- Technical proficiency in AWS, SD-WAN/SASE, VMware, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Google Workspace.
- Background in securing operating systems using group policies, hardening standards, and vendor-recommended practices.
- Track record building automated processes for user lifecycle management across onboarding and offboarding.
- Experience managing enterprise SaaS portfolios, including licensing, data governance, integrations, and cost control.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Juniper and Aruba networking hardware.
- Working knowledge of security technologies such as Data Loss Prevention, Endpoint Security, DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.
- Experience with Crowdstrike Falcon Protect, SIEM platforms, and Abnormal Security.
