Responsibilities
- Build and lead a motivated Sales Development Representative team focused on generating consistent, high-quality sales opportunities from target accounts.
- Coach team members in core sales competencies including cold outreach, handling objections, lead qualification, and multi-channel engagement to develop top-tier performance.
- Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Enablement to refine tools, processes, and sales playbooks for greater efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Foster a positive, high-energy team environment by celebrating wins, learning from setbacks, ensuring psychological safety, and using performance gamification.
- Manage the full SDR sales funnel with ownership of forecasting, strategy refinement, and accountability to performance targets and service level agreements.
- Recruit, onboard, and accelerate new SDR hires with structured training and clear expectations to ensure fast time-to-productivity.
- Promote a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and strict adherence to processes, including CRM accuracy and SLA compliance.
- Convert frontline sales conversations into actionable market insights on customer objections, use cases, and competitor activity to guide go-to-market strategy.
Compensation
Total On-Target Compensation: $150k - $160k OTE annually on a 60/40 split. Final offer depends on location, experience, and qualifications. Equity in the form of stock options is provided for full-time roles.
