About company
Almetra

Almetra helps manufacturing teams understand what's really happening on the production line, identify what's holding performance back, and make improvements with confidence instead of assumptions.

Using privacy-preserving video and AI, Almetra continuously captures what's really happening across production lines. The system works alongside teams to turn insight into action and measurable results on the floor, without replacing people or creating surveillance risks.

The platform combines computer vision, sensor data, and manufacturing expertise to provide a complete, objective picture of operations. It detects root causes automatically, enables faster decision-making, and supports continuous improvement without manual studies or additional engineering burden.

Almetra is designed with privacy as a foundation—processing footage at the edge, anonymizing data, and ensuring works council approval. It integrates with existing systems like MES, PLC, and ERP to enhance visibility and drive productivity gains across factories.
