Join a data-driven marketing team as a Marketing Data Analyst, where your insights will directly influence campaign direction and audience strategy. You'll work closely with marketing and sales stakeholders to identify key business questions, define performance metrics, and translate them into data-backed solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with teams to understand business goals and develop audience segmentations that support targeted marketing efforts.
- Ensure high-quality data in Salesforce and related systems by performing regular audits, standardization, and cleansing across zero-party, first-party, and third-party datasets.
- Turn business needs into measurable data objectives, supporting marketing and sales with reliable insights.
- Create and maintain documentation for database processes to uphold policy compliance and operational consistency.
- Design and manage dashboards in Looker and Salesforce to monitor campaign performance, marketing ROI, and key conversion metrics.
- Perform in-depth analysis across email, display, and paid search campaigns to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that enhance audience targeting, personalization, and overall conversion performance.
What We’re Looking For
You have 3–5 years of experience in marketing or data management, with strong analytical abilities and hands-on experience working with large, diverse datasets. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is essential, as is the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Experience with marketing KPIs such as CPA, LTV, and conversion rates is required. Prior exposure to B2B or subscription models is a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM systems, or Customer Data Platforms (CDP) will help you succeed in this role.
