Role Overview
As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a central role in shaping marketing strategy through data analysis, audience segmentation, and performance reporting. You will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into clear insights that guide decision-making across marketing and business units.
This position leads the design and maintenance of marketing databases, develops dashboards and custom visualizations, and ensures data accuracy and accessibility. You will collaborate closely with marketing leadership, compliance, and external partners to support compliant, effective targeting and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing campaign outcomes in relation to forecasts and operational KPIs
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and performance reports
- Manage and optimize the credit union’s marketing database, including system updates and capability assessments
- Formulate data-driven hypotheses to improve marketing efficiency and audience targeting
- Lead audience development initiatives and refine segmentation strategies across product lines
- Partner with third-party vendors to enhance data enrichment and modeling capabilities
- Ensure all models and audience outputs comply with regulatory standards
- Document data workflows, reporting processes, and suppression protocols
- Identify and implement process improvements for data collection and dissemination
- Mentor junior analysts and oversee quality assurance within the Marketing Data Team
- Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support strategic projects as directed by senior marketing leadership
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field, along with 8–10 years of experience in business data analytics. Proficiency in data analysis, management, and visualization is essential.
Required technical skills include experience with Snowflake, Altair Monarch Data Prep Studio or Sigma, and PowerBI. Prior experience in marketing or within a financial institution is preferred. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of quickly mastering new tools and workflows.

Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $94,570.00 to $113,484.00, with eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.
