Join a creative, international team as a Marketing Designer focused on shaping visual narratives that drive engagement and brand growth. In this fully remote role, you’ll design impactful marketing assets for digital channels, including campaign graphics, promotional content, and branded visuals that align with strategic goals.
What You’ll Do
- Create visually engaging marketing materials for digital campaigns, ensuring clarity and brand alignment
- Design responsive email newsletters and templates that support marketing objectives
- Develop layouts for landing pages and website elements when needed
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity across all touchpoints
- Work closely with strategists, project leads, and developers to turn marketing concepts into effective visuals
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
What We’re Looking For
You have a solid foundation in graphic design with a keen eye for typography, color, and composition. You’re experienced in creating marketing visuals and understand how design influences audience response. You’re self-directed, organized, and thrive in a remote setting where clear communication is key.
- Proven experience in marketing or campaign design
- Strong understanding of brand guidelines and visual identity systems
- Experience designing email campaigns or digital newsletters
- Ability to balance creative expression with strategic requirements
- Comfort working asynchronously while staying aligned with team schedules
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Figma for collaborative design workflows
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with landing page or web interface design
- Exposure to email platforms such as Mailchimp or HubSpot
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position open to candidates in the Philippines. You must be available during standard EST business hours (9 AM – 5 PM) Monday through Friday to collaborate effectively with the team.
