As Marketing Manager for the DACH region, you will take ownership of regional marketing strategy within a respected European cybersecurity organization. Your role will center on designing and executing targeted campaigns, managing event participation from concept to follow-up, and generating high-quality leads through digital channels including LinkedIn and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing activities for industry events, trade fairs, and conferences across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—covering branding, lead capture, and post-event engagement
- Develop and distribute region-specific content such as market surveys and research reports to strengthen external visibility and customer engagement
- Conduct local market analysis to identify trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics
- Run digital advertising campaigns aligned with global strategy to generate qualified leads in the DACH market
- Own data quality for the customer database—define KPIs, implement enrichment strategies, and deliver performance insights
What You Bring
- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member countries
- Degree in business administration or a related discipline
- Proven experience in marketing, particularly in inbound strategies and lead generation
- Familiarity with the cybersecurity or technical consulting sector
- Strong command of German and English, both written and spoken
- Experience with CRM platforms such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive
- Proficiency in email marketing tools and digital ad platforms
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently in a fast-moving environment
