Responsibilities

  • Manage and allocate marketing resources across various projects and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a resource management system to track and optimize resource utilization.

  • Provide regular updates and reports on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
  • Identify and address any resource gaps or bottlenecks that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with resource management policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments to optimize resource use.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary resources.

  • Implement best practices in resource management to drive continuous improvement.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing strategies by providing necessary resources.
