The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in developing and managing marketing assets that support sales initiatives and public outreach. This position involves crafting visually compelling materials such as event flyers, booth layouts, and promotional calendars, all aligned with established brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and organize marketing content for public-facing campaigns and sales-related events
- Design and produce collateral including posters, digital presentations, and display materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Maintain brand integrity across all materials in accordance with the company’s style guidelines
- Source and manage vendors for print and event production, including negotiation and logistics coordination
- Prepare presentation decks for internal and external meetings using PowerPoint
- Collaborate with local sales teams to support event execution and promotional activities
- Work closely with the U.S.-based digital assets team to ensure consistency and timely delivery of resources
- Manage internal work requests and track project progress for the marketing team
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with at least two years of experience in a marketing or creative role. Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and teamwork are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, and experience with Adobe Photoshop and InDesign are required. Familiarity with Illustrator is a plus. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, especially with social media platforms, and communicates effectively across teams.
