As a Master Data Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity and reliability of enterprise data across a complex, international ERP landscape. Working primarily within IFS Applications, you'll ensure that master data is accurate, consistent, and fully aligned with business needs across departments and global locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming master data requests following defined workflows and governance standards
- Collaborate with internal teams to communicate request progress, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely delivery
- Create, update, and remove master records in the ERP system with precision and compliance
- Monitor data quality, identifying inconsistencies and leading corrective actions
- Generate data reports and conduct analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making
- Act as a point of contact for data-related inquiries from stakeholders across functions
- Investigate and resolve data issues, contributing to long-term improvements in data governance
Qualifications and Skills
You bring a solid foundation in data management with 2–5 years of experience in master data roles or ERP environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential, and fluency in English—spoken and written—is required to support international collaboration.
A structured, detail-focused approach is critical. Experience with IFS Applications is highly beneficial, and familiarity with SQL or similar query tools is an advantage.
