About the Role

As a Master’s Level Clinical Intern, you’ll contribute to clinical programming while receiving structured supervision and professional development support. This role is ideal for graduate students seeking real-world experience in behavioral health settings.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual and group clinical services under supervision, including client engagement, treatment planning, and risk assessment
  • Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches with a focus on empathy, active listening, and client-centered care
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to support holistic treatment strategies
  • Attend required trainings and adhere to organizational policies, maintaining a consistent weekly schedule of 16–24 hours

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in good standing in a Master’s program in a clinical behavioral health field
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle when needed for duties
  • Successful completion of background and reference checks

Work Environment

This hybrid position offers flexibility in scheduling and includes both in-person and remote work options. Locations span multiple communities including Lynn, Malden, Concord, Worcester, Holyoke, Brockton, and Greater Boston areas. The schedule varies to meet program needs.
