Responsibilities
- Collaborate across Azure and on-premises Microsoft platforms to develop and deploy client-aligned solutions.
- Create detailed designs for data integration and analytics systems that are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
- Conduct enterprise-level data analysis to formulate customized data strategies based on client objectives.
- Clearly convey data strategy components, rollout plans, and cost projections to stakeholders.
- Guide and support less experienced team members through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Lead the design and execution of DevOps practices and continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Manage project backlogs, sprint schedules, and effort estimations for development cycles.
- Ensure project delivery stays aligned with timelines, budgets, and team support needs.
- Serve as a strategic leader and decision-maker in solution design and implementation.
- Apply knowledge of data governance principles and standard architectural frameworks used in service delivery.
- Pursue relevant certifications that maintain or enhance partnership status with technology providers.
- Supervise development teams and manage source code repositories.
- Evaluate and apply appropriate technologies for batch processing, real-time streaming, and system integrations.
- Develop data models that support organizational goals and operational requirements.
- Engage in pre-sales technical discussions, requirement gathering, and effort estimation.
- Apply understanding of master data management principles and related technologies.
- Establish clear project boundaries, schedules, and staffing needs.
Other
- Must be open to ~10% travel on an as needed basis.
- Location is virtual, home based office with travel (20%).
