Role Overview
We’re seeking a self-driven Mid-Market Account Executive to lead sales efforts for our enterprise offerings across Europe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced environment and excels at building relationships with technical buyers. As a key member of our remote sales team, you'll manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial outreach to closing deals—while helping scale outbound strategies that generate sustainable pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles, consistently closing land deals averaging €35–45K in annual recurring revenue
- Design, test, and refine outbound strategies to build a predictable and scalable pipeline
- Develop trusted relationships with engineering leaders and technical decision-makers in mid-sized organizations
- Optimize sales processes, tools, and content to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with Product teams by sharing customer insights that inform product development and roadmap priorities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of four years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a focus on mid-market segments
- Proven success closing multi-thousand-euro deals and consistently exceeding high quotas (€600K+ ARR)
- Experience selling to technical audiences such as software engineers, DevOps, or IT and security operations teams
- Fluency in English and either Spanish or French is required
- Entrepreneurial initiative—you identify opportunities and take ownership to act on them
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Comfort working independently in a loosely structured, remote-first organization
Preferred Background
- Experience in open source, developer-focused tools, or product-led growth environments
- Familiarity with startups at Series A to C stages
