What You'll Do
- Design and produce video ads optimized for user acquisition across social and adult platforms
- Lead editing and post-production with a focus on emotional resonance and performance metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to translate data insights into visual narratives
- Apply generative AI tools—including Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Runway—to accelerate production and expand creative possibilities
- Adapt content across formats and aspect ratios while adhering to platform-specific best practices
- Stay ahead of trends in short-form, NSFW-adjacent advertising to inform innovative approaches
- Ensure all content meets brand standards and policy compliance without sacrificing originality
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in video editing for paid digital campaigns, with a strong portfolio
- Deep knowledge of motion design, pacing, sound, and visual storytelling in performance contexts
- Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative workflows
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
- Understanding of KPIs like CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS, and how to optimize creative based on them
- Fluency in English and comfort working with uncensored source material
- Familiarity with trends in adult, dating, or igaming video advertising
