TP-Link Systems Inc. is looking for a Mobile App Development Engineer, Android/iOS to design, develop, and maintain secure and performant mobile applications for enterprise users. You will collaborate with Mobile Architects, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to build reliable software from conception to launch.
What You'll Do
- Develop high-caliber mobile applications for the Android/iOS platform.
- Design, develop, release, and maintain complex mobile applications throughout the full lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Research and adopt innovative mobile technologies, platforms, and architectures.
- Analyze and optimize application performance for responsiveness and user experience.
- Contribute to the overall architecture and strategic vision of mobile app development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record as a Mobile App Developer with a successfully released application.
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
- Proficiency in Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin/Java (for Android).
- Knowledge of mobile app architectures, UI/UX principles, and industry best practices.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to actively listen and collaborate with remote global development teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Backend development experience and integration proficiency.
- Knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
- Experience with SDN Software Controller Platform.
- Experience with AI Ops.

- Compensation range: $120,000 - $180,000
