About the Role
We are looking for Android engineers to create the native Android experience for an AI-driven neobank application. This role is ideal for someone who values intuitive user flows, fast performance, product excellence, and delivering reliable mobile features to real users.
Responsibilities
- Develop and release Android features using Kotlin
- Design intuitive mobile workflows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services
- Collaborate with product and design teams to streamline complex user journeys
- Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile processes are stable, secure, and dependable
- Optimize app performance, including crash reduction, loading times, responsiveness, and memory efficiency
- Leverage analytics, user behavior data, and production feedback to enhance the product
- Implement on-device AI features only when they provide meaningful improvements to user experience
