About the Role
This position is not focused on delivery or operations; it centers on security assurance and governance within mobile network environments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct security evaluations for projects within the internal assessment framework.
- Offer expert guidance to project teams on security and regulatory compliance matters.
- Evaluate mobile core and access network designs—including Ethernet/IP, LTE, 5G, NFV, and cloud-native systems like Kubernetes—for alignment with internal security policies.
- Establish, review, and assist in enforcing internal security standards for mobile network solutions.
- Identify, analyze, and record potential security risks, and support formal risk acceptance and exception workflows.
- Oversee security testing efforts, analyze outcomes, monitor identified issues, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support the creation and refinement of security standards and best practices within the organization.
