Wireless Logic is hiring a Network Support Engineer

About the Role

This role supports the ongoing operation of wireless networks for enterprise customers worldwide. As a Network Support Engineer, you'll diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, configure routers and wireless equipment, and ensure network reliability across technologies including LTE/5G, Starlink, and enterprise-grade solutions like Peplink and HP Aruba.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support for installations, troubleshooting, and configuration of wireless network infrastructure
  • Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems, communicating solutions clearly to enterprise clients via email and voice
  • Manage incident resolution from initiation to closure, adhering to defined service level agreements
  • Conduct technical testing and provide virtual support across global time zones using messaging platforms
  • Collaborate with network engineers in different regions to resolve complex network malfunctions
  • Maintain accurate documentation for network configurations and support procedures
  • Participate in remote troubleshooting sessions and conference calls as needed

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of IP networking fundamentals and routing protocols
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot basic network issues and think critically under pressure
  • Clear, professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset with a commitment to seeing customer issues through to resolution
  • Flexibility to work 40 hours per week across rotating shifts, including weekends
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving network environments

Preferred Skills

  • Cisco or Juniper certifications
  • Experience with Peplink, HP Aruba switching, or WiFi systems such as Extreme
  • Proficiency in Spanish

Work Environment

This is a globally distributed role with remote support responsibilities across multiple time zones. You'll collaborate with an international team and support clients in regions including the United States, UK, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia, and the Netherlands. The environment emphasizes peer support, proactive problem-solving, and a hands-on approach to delivering reliable connectivity solutions.
