Role Overview
We’re seeking a Full Stack Web Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience to lead frontend initiatives using ReactJS while actively contributing to backend development with Golang or Node.js. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and delivering responsive, scalable web applications, ensuring seamless interaction between frontend interfaces and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of responsive, high-performance user interfaces using ReactJS, leveraging modern tools such as Redux and React Hooks.
- Manage application state and implement reusable UI components to enhance user experience.
- Ensure frontend code performs efficiently across browsers and devices, with attention to optimization and compatibility.
- Develop and maintain backend services using Golang or Node.js, focusing on scalability, security, and integration.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs that support frontend features and enable smooth data flow.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to deliver cohesive, user-focused solutions.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code in line with software engineering best practices.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and help maintain high standards of code quality.
- Stay current with evolving web technologies and contribute to improving team processes and tooling.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in frontend development with strong proficiency in ReactJS.
- Working knowledge of modern build tools such as Webpack and Babel.
- Solid foundation in HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience building responsive designs with a focus on UI/UX quality.
- Backend development experience using Golang or Node.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
- Understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases, including optimization techniques.
- Experience working across the full stack, with the ability to handle frontend and backend tasks.
- Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of web security best practices.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development.
