Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Norwegian Speaking Product Solutions Advisor to serve as a key advisor for Norwegian-speaking clients. Your role is to guide them in selecting product solutions that align with their business needs, fostering strong relationships and ensuring they achieve optimum value.
What You'll Do
- Act as a key advisor for Norwegian-speaking clients, delivering insights into our diverse product portfolio.
- Identify client needs and recommend tailored product solutions to enhance their business performance.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and educational sessions to showcase product features and advantages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and ensure an outstanding client experience.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Assist clients during the implementation process of product solutions and resolve any questions or challenges effectively.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of product solutions, digital technologies, and market trends.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Experience with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on finding solutions to client challenges.
