Join a team focused on building and securing enterprise-grade cloud solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. In this role, you'll architect and automate core landing zones, ensuring environments are scalable, compliant, and aligned with security best practices. You'll work extensively with OCI services to implement centralized governance, networking, identity, and monitoring solutions that support both traditional and serverless workloads.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and automate OCI landing zones using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Oracle Cloud CLI.
- Implement secure networking architectures with Virtual Cloud Networks, subnets, routing, and security policies, including support for hybrid connectivity via FastConnect and VPN.
- Enforce security and compliance through automated guardrails using OCI Cloud Guard, IAM policies, and dynamic groups.
- Develop self-service automation for provisioning and managing cloud resources across multiple environments.
- Configure identity federation using OCI Identity Domains, integrating with enterprise directories via SSO, SCIM, and multi-factor authentication.
- Monitor system health and security posture using OCI Logging, Audit, Monitoring, and Alarms to detect and respond to anomalies.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as NIST 800-53 and CMMC through secure configuration and access controls.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, refine architectures, and improve system reliability.
Qualifications
A degree in STEM or related field is preferred, with at least 10 years of relevant experience—or 7 years with an advanced degree. Candidates without a degree should have 14 years of equivalent experience. Proven expertise in OCI, DevOps, automation, and infrastructure-as-code is required.
Preferred candidates will have led cloud transformation initiatives, governed large-scale OCI environments, and matured CI/CD and observability practices. Leadership experience guiding technical teams is a strong plus.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $132,400 to $251,600 USD, with eligibility for annual short- and long-term incentive programs.
