BCforward is hiring an Oracle DBA

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of hands-on Oracle DBA experience in large-scale production environments or comparable settings
  • At least three years focused on SQL development and query performance optimization
  • Three or more years of experience in database backup and recovery operations
  • Three or more years working with high availability solutions such as clustering, log shipping, or replication
  • Three or more years writing and maintaining shell scripts across Windows, Unix, or Linux platforms
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Must be open to completing background checks or security clearance procedures in the future if required

  • U.S. citizenship is required
  • Openness to participating in future background investigations or clearance processes

Required (7)

  • 5+ years of overall Oracle DBA experience supporting large-scale production systems, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of SQL programming and performance tuning
  • 3+ years of Backup/Recovery
  • 3+ years High Availability (Clustering, Log Shipping/Replication or equivalent)
  • 3+ years shell scripting (Windows/Unix/Linux)
  • US Citizenship required
  • Willingness to undergo future background check/clearance processes if needed
