HireHawk was looking for an Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setter (Remote, Mexico)

HireHawk is looking for an Outbound Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to build and activate the top-of-funnel pipeline through strategic prospecting and cold outreach. This high-impact, remote role focuses on creating conversations with prospects and turning them into booked meetings for the Business Development team.

What You'll Do

  • Research and build targeted lead lists by industry, company size, and decision-makers.
  • Use tools like LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Apollo, and directories to source prospects.
  • Identify and qualify ideal customer profiles.
  • Maintain consistent daily outbound activity.
  • Conduct high-volume cold calls to decision-makers.
  • Send personalized email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Handle objections confidently and professionally.
  • Follow up persistently to drive engagement.
  • Book qualified meetings and schedule discovery calls for the Business Development team.
  • Confirm meetings and reduce no-shows.
  • Ensure prospects are properly briefed before meetings.
  • Track daily outreach metrics including calls, emails, connects, and bookings.
  • Update the CRM with accurate notes and next steps.
  • Maintain clean and organized lead stages.
  • Optimize outreach strategies based on performance data.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in cold calling and outbound lead generation.
  • Experience booking meetings for a sales team.
  • Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day.
  • Strong objection-handling skills.
  • Experience using prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
  • Highly organized and target-driven.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, or B2B services.
