Shape the foundation of people operations for a fully remote, globally distributed team. As People & Culture Manager, you’ll steward the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring alignment with a fast-moving, high-performance culture. You’ll be central to maintaining team cohesion, equity, and clarity across time zones and digital workspaces.
Culture & Operations
Champion a remote-first environment where connection and accountability thrive. Design onboarding programs that integrate new team members quickly and meaningfully. Develop lightweight, effective performance systems that track growth and KPIs without slowing momentum.
Global Compliance & Coordination
Manage contractor agreements and ensure adherence to labor standards across regions, including Canada and LATAM. Partner with legal and finance roles to uphold compliance and support digital asset-based compensation workflows. Coordinate with bookkeeping to guarantee accurate, timely payments across global accounts.
Leadership & Discretion
Serve as a trusted point of contact for team well-being, mediating internal dynamics and bridging communication between leadership and contributors. Bring emotional intelligence and precision to conflict resolution, especially in asynchronous, text-based environments. Handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
What You Bring
- At least 4 years in HR or People Operations, ideally within startups, tech, or Web3 contexts
- Familiarity with decentralized teams and digital asset compensation models
- Proven success managing culture and performance in fully remote settings
- Strong organizational ability to create structure from ambiguity
- High discretion when managing confidential employee and legal information
