This role is for a People Data Analyst who will lead data science initiatives in support of global human resources functions. You will identify key business questions, frame them as analytical challenges, and deliver meaningful insights through statistical modeling and data visualization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead analytics projects that address critical HR priorities such as workforce planning, employee retention, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition.
- Transform raw data from HR and external systems into structured, analytics-ready formats in collaboration with data engineering teams.
- Design and implement predictive models using Python to forecast trends and support proactive decision-making.
- Build interactive Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX logic and intuitive visual design to communicate findings clearly.
- Translate technical results into practical recommendations for leaders and teams without technical backgrounds.
- Develop reusable code libraries and contribute to best practices in data analysis and methodology.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across time zones, aligning on project goals and delivering timely solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Science roles.
- Strong programming ability in Python, with hands-on experience in SQL for building and querying analytical datasets.
- Proficiency in Power BI and DAX, including the creation of dynamic, user-focused dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid background in consulting and managing relationships with business partners.
- Familiarity with R is beneficial but not required.
