Responsibilities
- Automate and enhance the production runtime environment
- Act as an intermediary between applications and infrastructure
- Promote best practices and communication between application and platform teams
- Verify solutions align with business needs and task objectives
- Perform detailed validation to ensure platform reliability and performance
- Independently identify and resolve business-related technical issues
- Build small-scale components to solve targeted problems without relying on formal architecture
- Recognize how individual tasks support broader project goals
- Work with diverse teams to integrate components into a unified platform
- Estimate effort and duration for moderately sized tasks
- Support project planning and resource distribution using time estimates
- Demonstrate strong programming language skills
- Determine appropriate use of programming languages versus shell scripts for efficiency
- Manage the connection between application development teams and production systems
