Responsibilities
- Analyze system incidents and lead root cause investigations to implement lasting solutions.
- Minimize incident frequency resulting from system modifications through proactive measures.
- Establish and uphold SLAs, SLOs, and performance benchmarks for new projects.
- Develop and manage detailed monitoring dashboards to ensure full system observability.
- Detect and assist in resolving system performance constraints.
- Improve infrastructure and software efficiency to sustain high-speed service delivery.
- Plan and project future infrastructure needs for hardware and cloud resources.
- Ensure platform components are consistently available and operating for end users.
- Manage and supervise code deployments to prevent disruptions to live systems.
