Role Overview
As a Power & Infrastructure Support Specialist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for technical issues affecting Fixed HUB and Mobile Network sites. Your primary responsibility will be identifying, diagnosing, and resolving power and infrastructure-related incidents to maintain continuous network performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver immediate technical support for power and infrastructure challenges impacting network operations.
- Monitor, document, and manage incidents from detection through resolution, ensuring minimal service disruption.
- Use diagnostic expertise to quickly identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Escalate complex technical cases to external vendors, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams to align on troubleshooting strategies and share insights.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, actions taken, and outcomes for knowledge retention and process improvement.
Qualifications
- At least two years of experience in telecommunications or network support, with direct exposure to power systems and infrastructure maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to power supplies, cooling units, and other critical site components.
- Firm grasp of how infrastructure systems support network reliability.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Clear communication skills for coordinating with technicians, teams, and third parties.
- Self-motivated with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
Work Environment
