Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and partner teams to manage pre-sales processes such as technical assessments, product demos, proof-of-concept projects, RFP responses, solution designs, and training sessions.
- Support clients in achieving their goals by guiding technical decision-making, suggesting optimal product configurations, and advising on effective API integration strategies.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior customer teams by identifying challenges through discovery sessions and crafting tailored, innovative solutions.
- Design and deliver dynamic, technically rich product demonstrations that highlight communication platform capabilities and foster strong client relationships across technical and business roles.
- Identify gaps or needs within teams or departments, analyze their impact, and recommend actionable plans to implement effective solutions.
- Support the wider presales engineering group by sharing expertise, developing reusable demo assets, and contributing to standardized presentation materials.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior presales engineers and may lead or coordinate team efforts when needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, internal forums, and sponsored gatherings as a subject matter presenter.
