Greenbone AG is looking for a Presales Consultant (m/w/d) for Vulnerability Management to act as the technical partner for sales teams across Germany and worldwide. You will guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from initial presentations to successful implementations, leveraging your cybersecurity expertise.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical consultation for presales activities in national and international projects.
- Work closely with direct sales teams and channel partners worldwide.
- Conduct customer presentations—onsite or via webcast—also in English.
- Support tenders, quotation processes, and the creation of technical concepts.
- Manage Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and test installations.
- Plan and implement installations in diverse IT landscapes.
- Provide technical support for large customer projects domestically and abroad.
- Integrate solutions into existing IT security environments.
- Continuously improve global presales processes.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience as a Presales Consultant in the cybersecurity field.
- Good knowledge of network technologies, virtualization, and vulnerability management.
- Completed security clearance according to SÜG2 or willingness to undergo one.
- Very good German and English language skills, including technical fluency.
- Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and customer orientation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% domestically and internationally.
- Independent, structured way of working combined with team spirit.
Nice to Have
- Prior knowledge of Greenbone products is a plus.
- Experience in an international project environment is desirable.
