The Pricing Analyst is responsible for transforming complex claims data into meaningful insights that support the sales process. By querying large datasets and conducting in-depth analysis, this role helps demonstrate the financial and operational impact of adopting a pharmacy benefit solution. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure all deliverables are accurate, well-structured, and tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze historical claims data to produce repricing reports that support risk evaluation and decision-making
- Develop ad hoc analyses that clarify potential savings and outcomes for prospective clients
- Build clear, client-facing materials that translate technical findings into understandable business value
- Review and validate outputs to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with stakeholders through email, messaging platforms, and meetings to align on project goals and timelines
- Manage multiple priorities efficiently, ensuring timely delivery without compromising detail
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an analytical or data-focused role
- Proven ability to derive insights from data using tools such as Excel, SQL, Looker, and Tableau
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and precision
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while contributing to team goals
- Experience in healthcare, benefits, or software is beneficial but not required
