Shape financial strategy at a growing technology company by leading planning, forecasting, and analysis for corporate and general & administrative functions. This role is central to driving accurate, scalable financial processes that support executive decision-making across People, Legal, IT, Finance, and Facilities.
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end financial planning cycles, including monthly and quarterly forecasting, annual operating plans, and long-range modeling for key cost centers
- Develop and refine financial models for headcount, compensation, benefits, and operating expenses to ensure precision and scalability
- Support month-end close and reporting processes with a focus on accuracy, clarity, and executive relevance
- Collaborate with Accounting and Finance teams during earnings preparation, contributing to scenario planning, financial narratives, and quality assurance
- Deliver actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and scenario analyses that guide leadership on resource allocation and investment
- Act as a strategic advisor to finance leaders, identifying financial risks, opportunities, and trade-offs that influence corporate direction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or related roles, preferably within SaaS or high-growth technology environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced credentials (MBA, CFA, CPA) are a plus
- Proven experience building complex financial models and managing budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for operational functions
- Strong analytical abilities with a track record of turning data into clear, strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing cross-functional decisions
- Familiarity with financial platforms such as Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, NetSuite, or integrated ERP/BI systems

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary range for this position in the US is $132,000 – $198,000, with additional components including equity, sign-on payments, and eligibility for an annual cash bonus. Total compensation reflects a blend of fixed and variable elements aligned with company and individual performance.
