Lead the frontend evolution of a widely used educational technology platform by designing robust, reusable component systems and driving technical strategy. In this role, you'll set the standard for code quality, performance, and maintainability across large-scale web applications.
What You’ll Do
- Define and guide the architecture of frontend systems, making critical decisions that influence product direction and long-term scalability.
- Develop and maintain modular, high-performance UI components using React, web components, and micro frontend patterns.
- Establish and promote best practices in accessibility, security, responsive design, and testing across engineering teams.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Design APIs and data flows that support efficient frontend integration and smooth application performance.
- Lead code reviews, mentor junior and mid-level developers, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive continuous improvement in CI/CD workflows and deployment pipelines specific to frontend assets.
- Solve complex technical challenges and serve as the escalation point for unresolved issues across teams.
- Champion testing strategies, including unit and integration testing, to ensure reliability and stability.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance across diverse devices and platforms.
What We’re Looking For

Work Environment
