Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain resilient, scalable network architectures for remote data centers and DMZ environments using tools like Visio and Draw.io
- Lead end-to-end change control processes through ServiceNow, ensuring strict adherence to Methods of Procedure and technical governance standards
- Manage network device inventories and coordinate with vendors to address security vulnerabilities and lifecycle updates
- Develop and standardize documentation for network diagrams, IP migrations, and integration checklists to ensure consistency and clarity
- Build automation solutions using platforms such as Ansible and NetBrain to streamline repetitive network operations
- Support seamless integration of new systems through structured onboarding procedures and product lifecycle management
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to resolve critical incidents and maintain continuous service availability
- Collaborate with security, load balancing (F5), and SD-WAN teams to align network strategy with broader infrastructure goals
- Mentor technical teams and promote a culture of accountability, precision, and continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging technologies and vendor innovations to ensure the network environment remains modern and efficient
Required Expertise
Proven experience as a Network Architect or Engineer with deep knowledge of Cisco routing protocols including OSPF, BGP, static routing, VRFs, and Access Control Lists. Hands-on experience with large-scale SD-WAN deployments and network automation tools is essential.
