Lead the product vision for advanced signal processing systems in a role that sits at the intersection of deep technical expertise and customer-driven strategy. You will define the direction for code translation pipelines that enable rapid deployment of DSP, RF, and embedded algorithms on hardware-constrained environments including FPGAs, ASICs, and edge SoCs.
What You’ll Do
- Drive product strategy and roadmap planning for signal processing solutions used in mission-critical environments
- Identify and prioritize target platforms based on market demand and technical feasibility
- Work directly with customers in both commercial and defense sectors to understand adoption drivers, accreditation requirements, and scaling challenges
- Translate user needs and technical constraints into clear functional specifications, user stories, and measurable outcomes
- Spot recurring themes across customer interactions to guide platform-level innovation over isolated fixes
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years in product management or technical leadership roles focused on radar, signal processing, or related domains
- Hands-on experience developing solutions for FPGA, edge-SoC, or embedded systems in radar, telecom, electronic warfare, SIGINT, or space applications
- Familiarity with radar algorithms and development tools such as MATLAB or Python
- Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, sales, and compliance teams
- Strong skills in customer discovery, problem definition, and communication
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Technology Environment
DSP, RF, embedded signal processing, MATLAB, Python, FPGA, ASIC, edge-SoC, and code translation frameworks.
