About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project timelines and governance models that support large-scale, cross-organizational efforts.
  • Drive process optimization initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and reliability across product and platform teams.
  • Leverage technical depth to guide engineering and product teams on initiatives involving cloud infrastructure, cost management, and system resilience.
  • Collaborate with executive stakeholders to align program direction with long-term business priorities and accelerate decision cycles.
  • Coach and develop program management talent, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary for this role varies by location: U.S. range is $127,400–$260,350 annually, with higher ranges in California and Washington. Eligible roles include short-term incentives through the Annual Incentive Plan and potential long-term equity awards.
