We are hiring a Principal UX professional to build innovative solutions for complex digital transformation needs. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and create user-centered designs for transactional systems.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements, mapping the experience by creating user journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and related artifacts.
- Apply user-centered and data-driven design methodologies to inform end-to-end design with requirements, use cases, concept visualization, prototyping, user research, and interaction patterns.
- Communicate ideas, concepts, and user interface direction with key stakeholders.
- Produce standardized, effective design communication to articulate user research insights, design concepts, and final deliverables.
- Develop wireframes and specifications, bringing in user interface best practices and standards.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience as a UX consultant on projects for high-profile clients.
- Solid experience developing wireframes and specifications and bringing in user interface best practices and standards.
- Examples of work across digital strategy, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and other UX documentation.
Nice to Have
- Expertise in the craft of user interface design coupled with proficient visual design sensibility.
- User Experience expertise within a service development environment, with domain knowledge and experience in the financial services industry working on data-intensive, transaction-oriented applications.
