Responsibilities

- Support process characterization and validation activities

- Ensure processes meet quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Drive process improvements to enhance yield and efficiency
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies for process enhancement
- Provide technical leadership during process scale-up
- Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues
- Contribute to regulatory filings with process data
- Maintain accurate documentation of experimental work
- Mentor junior scientists and support team development
