The Procure to Pay Junior Analyst plays a key role in managing the organization's financial commitments by accurately verifying and processing accounts payable transactions. This position ensures adherence to financial standards while supporting cost-effective operations and positive relationships with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and process payable transactions to ensure timely and accurate financial obligations
- Generate and distribute regular performance reports based on established KPIs
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio to track critical financial metrics
- Respond promptly to internal data requests and resolve reporting discrepancies
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on data requirements and resolve issues
- Support designated business units with in-depth analysis and escalated data inquiries
- Conduct data audits and quality checks to maintain reporting integrity
- Deliver urgent 'Rush' reports to meet time-sensitive business demands
- Identify trends and anomalies in large datasets using analytical methods
- Propose improvements to reporting workflows and support automation initiatives
- Contribute to safety goals and follow company-wide compliance procedures
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a college degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1–2 years of experience in data analysis or reporting. Advanced Excel skills—including mastery of Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex formulas—are required. Demonstrated experience building automated dashboards in Power BI is essential. Fluency in English (B2/C1 level) and mandatory proficiency in Spanish are necessary for success in this role.
Knowledge of International Accounting Standards or ERP platforms such as SAP is an advantage. Familiarity with tools including Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Looker Studio, and SAP is expected.
