As a Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in shaping data strategy for a fast-evolving SaaS booking platform. You'll gather and interpret data from multiple sources—web, mobile, and B2B analytics—to uncover patterns that inform product improvements and business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze large, semi-structured datasets to identify trends, user behaviors, and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports using analytics and visualization tools to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to define success metrics and measure product performance.
- Support data infrastructure initiatives by working with engineering to ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and scalability.
- Use SQL to query and manipulate data across cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery.
- Partner with finance to provide analysis that supports budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Experiment with generative AI and large language models to automate reporting, surface insights, and improve internal workflows.
- Share knowledge and best practices within the analytics community to elevate data literacy across the organization.

- 1–2 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large datasets
- Experience with web and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Hands-on experience with data warehouses (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery) or transactional databases (Postgres, MySQL)
- Experience using AI or LLMs to support data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences
- Understanding of the product development lifecycle and data’s role in decision-making
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with guidance from leadership
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with data transformation tools like DBT, Python, or R
- Background in A/B or multivariate testing
- Exposure to machine learning libraries in Python
- Experience building internal AI assistants or analytical copilots
- Familiarity with agile development environments
- Knowledge of the travel and activities industry
